We improve our world by first improving ourselves.
It was New Years Day, 2015..
I remember not wanting to get out of bed..
I remember the feeling of not knowing what to do next..
I remember the sinking feeling of thinking, "what's the point?"
It was the day I shook hands with the devil..
The day I stopped playing small..
It took time, but from that day onwards everything changed..
I got out of my head and out of my way..
There is only one way out and that is through the pain..
Through the discomfort..
You don't get the result by skipping out on the process..
“I knew the industry
needed to change.
I knew it had to come from our ability as trainers to grow not only our knowledge but more importantly our ability to influence that knowledge.”
